These Terms govern your use of Chok (the "App"), a skincare routine tracking application for iOS. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Chok helps you plan and log skincare routines, track skin cycling, and — for subscribers to Chok Pro — receive AI-assisted suggestions. The App is an informational tool and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified dermatologist for medical concerns.
Chok Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription:
Local pricing may differ by territory and is shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds for subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple per the standard App Store policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree not to reverse-engineer the App, attempt to bypass the paywall, or use the AI features to generate harmful content. Chok is for personal use only.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chok is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
